Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

When you placed any order on our Online Sites.You need to Pay Shipping Cost, if your order is less than Rs.2999/-.

Shipping Cost are as per actual.

How long will delivery take?

Our Delivery will take time Depend upon Order Category you choose. If you

Express Delivery: We dispatch your goods within 24 hr from the time you placed order. Show that, It will deliver you at recommended time.

Standard Delivery: We dispatch your goods within 24-48 hr from the time you placed order. Show that, It will deliver you at recommended time.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After your Order placed to us, We first check that Amount is credited to our Statement or not.

Once Amount get credited, We Check for the Stock Availability with us and Booked your Shipping with our Shipping Partner.

If Goods is not Available with us, We provide you the alternate option for your products. If you still not agree with it, we refund the amount in respective transaction mode.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, we provide you Tax Invoice with Package we sent to you.

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

As we offer Prepaid Option, At the time of Order Placed from your End the Amount get Deducted from Account.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you received Damage product and Wrong Product, you need to contact to our support no: 022-23641221 and Email Id: [email protected].

For Damage Product & Wrong Product: You need sent us the clear picture of the product and after confirmation, we will provide you the replacement of the goods and damage product will get picked up.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of Order Placed. Once, the order get dispatched it will not get cancel or returned.

What is “package tracking” in my orders?

When you placed order, you will receive order Id which is your Packaging Tracking Number for yours order.

With this Order No, We will provide you with Tracking number of Courier Partner in your email.
