Artec Educational ECO Lantern Kit

Kids learn best by doing, so what better way to teach them an object’s inner workings than to build their own? With these kits, kids will engage their inner engineer as they construct fully functional tools, ranging from microscopes to vacuum cleaners. The kits include everything necessary to complete the projects, except for a few basic household items. (Adult supervision may be required for some of the steps for safety reasons.). The kits are made with learning in mind (not durability), and as such are mostly made of cardboard, paper, and plastic instead of higher-quality materials. Clear step-by-step illustrated instructions allow little room for error while explaining why each part is important. The instruction booklet also demonstrates how the completed kit works, and includes maintenance and project information.
